Corruption – It‘s Time To Die – Eva Lokko

This is a poem that Eva wrote herself & sent on the 14th of Nov 2015. I pray that we will work to ensure that her wish will come to pass. That we will kill corruption from our country. Eva Rest in Perfect peace. May God receive your soul.

If we should all live forever without the fear of death

And corrupt acts will be made public at 45

And the corrupt will be thrown into a glass prison for life

Will you be among those who will seek death?

Will you sponsor scientists to create a death pill?

Will you spend a fortune to buy a death serum?

On the dawn of your 45th birthday?

Corrupt acts are deliberate acts of greed

Greed, that takes food from the mouths of babes

Greed, that cares for no one else but self

Greed, which drives a nation into conflicts and debts

Corrupters go to lengths to hide their corrupt deeds

They cover their corrupt acts with thick layers of lies

Lies fabricated to look like humanitarian grants

Lies that drive the youth, communities and country into poverty

If we should live forever without the fear of death

Corruption will be a certifiable insanity

But alas, death comes to all of us

So corrupt deeds are dished out with impunity

To beat the clock of death to enjoy looted spoils

While the incorruptible fights for integrity until death do us part

Alas, with the ratio of 95 to 5 of corrupt to incorruptible

The corrupt are drowning all of us to death!

We must not drown

Corruption is not acceptable

It must not continue

We must swim out from under

And drown corruption instead!

It is time

Corruption, it’s time to die!
